An innocuous prayer is made by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representations dated 28.03.2026 and 30.03.2026. The aforesaid representations are at record page No.128 (Annexure-U) and page No.129 (Annexure-V), respectively.

By virtue of the aforesaid representations, the petitioner has requested respondent No.2 to publish an updated waiting list of 10% and grant other consequential reliefs in pursuance of the recruitment process for the posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Judicial Magistrate (First Class), 2022. 4.
Since an innocuous prayer is made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to
115.WP.3044.2026 2/2 respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representations on their own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order. 5.
The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. 6.
