By this writ petition the petitioner is seeking direction against the Nazul Officer to record the names of legal heirs of the original deceased lease holder of the land in question.

It appears from the order dated 29/07/2024, passed by the City Survey Officer No.3, Nagpur, that in respect of the land in question one Shri Sudhir Chandraprakash Goenka is having a sale deed in his name raising a dispute about the title and therefore, petitioner has filed civil suit which is pending. 4.

Considering the fact that there is a dispute about the title and the civil suit is pending, we do not

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
