The petitioners' challenge is to the order passed by the trial Court allowing the original plaintiff to file documents in the commercial suit. It is submitted that the application does not at all mention any reasonable cause for non-disclosure of the documents in the plaint. 3.

In view of this, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30.04.2026.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent/s before the trial Court and file affidavit of service in that regard by next date.
