The petitioners are the candidates who have participated in the recruitment process in pursuance to the advertisement dated 26/09/2024 which is at record page 62, Annexure-A issued by the respondent-Maharashtra Public Service Commission for filling various posts in the Agriculture Department, which are admittedly for public service.

In view of the above, the remedy of the petitioners would lie before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for redressal of their grievance.

No costs.
