Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed if the representation dated 30.01.2026 submitted by the petitioners to the Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra State, Khadi and Gram Udyog Mandal, Mumbai is directed to be decided within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid representation involves their claim of seniority and promotion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the aforesaid representation was submitted on 30.01.2026, till date the same is not yet decided by the respondent No.2.

In view of the above, as innocuous prayer is being made by the petitioner, we pass the following order:

103.wp.3246.2026.odt i] The respondent No.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 30.01.2026 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court.

ii] The respondent No.2 shall decide the aforesaid representation on its own merit and in accordance with law. iii] The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to petitioners within period of two weeks from the date of decision.

The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
