The perusal of the prayer clause reveals that the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to provide employment in their projects as a project affected person as per their Project Scheme or Policy.

The petitioner was granted Project Affected Person Certificate on 30th December 2017 by respondent No.1- Deputy Collector which is at record page No.27-A Annexure- E. The petitioner in view of the said PAP certificate has already approached the respondents by submitting representation on 26th June 2023 for claiming the said relief of appointment as a Project Affected Person. The aforesaid representation is at record page No.28 Annexure- F.

In view of the above we dispose, of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to decide the aforesaid representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.

The Registry is directed to communicate this order to respondent No.3 for necessary compliance.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
