APRIL 30, 2026 1) Mr.Abhay Sambre, learned advocate for respondent No.5 draws attention to order dated 25/03/2026, whereby revision preferred by the present petitioner with respect to the licensed premises is rejected by the Divisional Commissioner. In that matter permission with respect to conversion of the land from which license in question is being operated from residential purpose to commercial purpose was challenged by the petitioner.

2) It appears that the petitioner is in the habit of filing complaints against respondent licensee. 3) It does not appear from the reading of the petition that any personal right of the petitioner is adversely affected.
