Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner prays an innocuous prayer seeking direction to the respondent- Nagpur Municipal Corporation to decide the representation dated 17.02.2025.

The aforesaid representation raises a complaint regarding the alleged illegal construction/encroachment on plot No.1 committed by one Jagdeepsingh Thakur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent- Corporation has not decided the aforesaid representation neither has initiated any action against the aforesaid individual.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent- Nagpur Municipal MJ Jadhav

2/2 115-WP-3311-2026.odt Corporation to decide the aforesaid representation on its own merits and in accordance with law and after granting an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties and more specifically the person involved Shri Jagdeepsingh Thakur within a stipulated period of four weeks from the production of order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
