APRIL 28, 2026 Heard Mr. Rugved Dhore, learned Counsel for the petitioners.

2] Since an innocuous prayer is being made by the petitioners seeking directions of this Court to respondent no.1 - State of Maharashtra for deciding the representation dated 27/3/2025 submitted by the petitioners, which is at record page 65 (Annexure - 11), within a stipulated period, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid representation within the stipulated period of twelve weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. Respondent no.1 is also directed to treat this petition as a representation, and decide the same in accordance with the grounds raised in the present petition on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3] The petitioners undertake to produce copy of this order so also copy of the present petition along with its Annexures before respondent no.1 within a period of one week from today.

3-WP-3392-2026 4] The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.

5] The petition is disposed of in above terms.
