According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though there were financial irregularities and a specific report by the auditor, no further action in the form of submitting a detailed or follow up report has been taken by the District Special Auditor, Class-I, Cooperative Societies, Amravati.

Our attention is invited to the communication dated 23/12/2025 which is at record page 270 (Annexure-A10) issued by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, requesting the District Special Auditor, Class-I, Cooperative Societies, Amravati to comply with the directions issued. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the directions issued in the aforesaid communication have not been complied with.

In view of communication dated 23/12/2025, we direct respondent No.5-District Special Auditor, Class-I, Co-operative

2 106-WP-3400-26.odt Societies, Amravati to act in accordance with the same within a period of six weeks from today.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order before the Authorities within a period of one week from today. 6.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
