The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondents-authorities for implementing of the order dated 26.03.2021 passed by the learned Tahsildar, Katol, which is on page 18 at Annexure A.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though five years have lapsed after passing of the aforesaid order, the same has not been implemented by the respondents-authorities. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

Perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the respondent No.2- Collector, Nagpur, the superior authority of the respondent No.5 Tahsildar, Katol, District Nagpur thereby pointing out such lapse and requesting the respondent No.2-
104.wp.3476.2026.odt Collector, Nagpur for issuing directions to the respondentauthorities for implementing the aforesaid order. 5.
Since the petitioner has already approached to the respondent No.2-Collector, Nagpur by submitting a representation dated 11.03.2026, we pass the following order: i] The respondent No.2-Collector, Nagpur is directed to look into the aforesaid representation dated 11.03.2026 regarding non-compliance of the order dated 26.03.2021 passed by the learned Tahsildar, Katol and take the aforesaid representation to its logical end. ii] The aforesaid compliance shall be completed by respondent No.2-Collector within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court. iii] The respondent No.2 shall decide the aforesaid representation on its own merit and in accordance with law. iv] The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to petitioner within period of two weeks from the date of decision.

The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
