Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4/State.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that, in an identical set of facts, a Coordinate Bench of this Court, in Writ Petition Nos. 7988/2025, 2495/2025 and other companion petitions has passed an order treating those petitions as representations and directing Respondent No. 1 to decide the same in accordance with law.

The prayer in the present petition is for a direction to Respondent No. 1 to implement the Government Resolution dated 14-03-2024 and the subsequent Government Resolution dated 04-11-2025, and, by such implementation, to regularize the services of the petitioner without delay. As noted hereinabove, Coordinate Benches of this Court, in identical matters, have already issued similar directions. In view of the same, we deem it appropriate to treat the present petition as a representation of the petitioners and direct Respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the same in accordance with law, after taking into account the points raised in this petition. Such decision shall be taken within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

The petitioners to appear before respondent no.1 on 13-05-2026.
