Petitioner's grievance is against the order dated 05.03.2026 passed by the respondent No.1, by which an interim relief granted in the pending appeal was confirmed, although the appeal was itself heard on merits and was closed for final orders.

Considering the prayer clause (3) of the petition for a direction to respondent No.1 to take final decision in the appeal within the stipulated period, issue notice for final disposal of the petition to respondents, returnable on 06.05.2026.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 /State.

Petitioner is permitted to serve remaining respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service in that regard by next date.
