The petitioners seeks challenge to the judgment dated 07/04/2026 passed by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur in O.A. No.403/2022.

Perusal of the petition reveals that though the judgment of learned Tribunal is challenged, there is not a single document pertaining to the aforesaid proceedings i.e. copy of Original Application so also written submissions of the respondents and the entire documents filed by the petitioners as well as respondents are placed on record.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

Permission is granted.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
