Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Since the interim order is under challenge, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to get the matter circulated, if any contingency arises namely; the promotion, if any, is made. 3.
