After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the Collector, Amravati with respect to the subject matter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having possession of the property bearing Plot No. 48/1 since several years and although the plot is now allotted to respondent no.5, he wants to make a representation to the Collector, Amravati in this regard. 3.

The Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the Collector, Amravati.

It is directed that for a period of 10 (Ten) days from today, the petitioner's possession shall not be disturbed. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

An authenticated copy of the order be issued to the petitioner to act upon.
