Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A limited prayer is made in this petition seeking a direction to the respondent No.3- The Liquidator, Jagruti Janseva Urban Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., Nagpur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 10th July, 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.5959 of 2023, the petitioner has approached the respondent No.3 and has submitted the representation dated 30th July, 2025. The aforesaid representation raising a claim on behalf of the petitioner is at record Page No.77 (Annexure-11). However, the learned counsel submits that till this date, the respondent No.3 has not decided the aforesaid representation of the petitioner and, therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.

In view of above, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent- The Liquidator, Jagruti Janseva Urban Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., Nagpur, to decide the aforesaid representation dated 30th July, 2025 submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order of this
