DATED : 11-06-2026 The petitioner has sought a narrowly tailored relief, praying that a direction be issued to the respondent-Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a stipulated period.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the caste claim of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of three months.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of three months.
