After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioners, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in the nature of revision application, as permissible in law. 2.

The petitioners are granted permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty as prayed for.

In view of the controversy involved, the petitioners are entitled to communicate the respondent Bank about availability of a purchaser, who is ready to purchase the property, which is put to auction for a higher amount. In case the petitioners

2 1. WP 3662 of 2026.odt bring any proposal with prospective purchaser, the respondent Bank is entitled to consider the proposal. 4.

The petitioners are granted 15 days time i.e. upto 20th May 2026, to carry out this exercise. 5.

It is clarified that after a period of 15 days, the respondent Bank will be entitled to proceed with the auction proceedings based on the recovery certificate. 6.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
