Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned transfer order dated 17.06.2025, whereby respondent No.1 has transferred the petition to the BCCL.

The impugned transfer order was passed on 17.06.2025 and it is almost after a passage of one year that the petitioner has approached this Court seeking challenge to the aforesaid impugned transfer order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the representation dated 11.09.2025 so also the subsequent communications dated 16.01.2026 and 28.02.2026, requesting the respondents to cancel the transfer order and to retain the petitioner at the same position in WCL, Nagpur. In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representation submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of four weeks from the date of production of order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
