The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that there is every likelihood that on 05/05/2026 or 06/05/2026 there may be a demolition of the property in question.

In that view of the matter, since the appeal of the petitioner is pending before First Appellate AuthorityAdditional District Collector, the respondent No.6-First Appellate Authority is directed to hear the matter on 02/05/2026 and pass order on the same day.

The petitioner undertakes to appear before the First Appellate Authority at 11:00 a.m. on 02/05/2026. 8.
In the mean time, i.e. till decision of the Appellate Authority on 02/05/2026 there shall not be any demolition of the property in question.

The learned A.G.P. undertakes to communicate this order to the respondent Nos. 5 and 6.
