Heard Ms Payal Kaware, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 7 to forthwith take all necessary steps to immediately and permanently stop the discharge of and divert all waste water, sewage and drainage water away from the petitioner's agricultural land, bearing Gat No.75, situated at Mouza Mahagaon, Taluka Barshitakali, District Akola.

The perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner has approached the respondent-Authorities on various occasions raising his grievance. Such representations are at record Page Nos.26 to 87 (Annexure-3). However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date no action has been taken by the respondent-Authorities upon such representations. The Competent Authority to decide such representations is the respondent No.6-Gram Panchayat, Mahagaon. 4.

In view of above, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondent No.6-Gram Panchayat, Mahagaon to decide the representations submitted by the petitioner for such relief within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order
