In view of the order we are proposing to pass, we do not think it fit to call for any reply from the respondents. 6.

The present petition seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati, to decide the representation dated 06.02.2026. As can be seen from the averments made in the petition that the petitioner has already made a representation ventilating her grievances and stressing out the past history which would not be germane for the directions being issued in the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner has prayed that she should reinstated in the post of Community Health Officer. Admittedly, the

4 wp 3774-2026.odt 3/3 present representation dated 06.02.2026 is submitted on 10.02.2026.

The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the said representation would be decided within four weeks from the date of the order.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed with the direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 06.02.2026 submitted on 10.02.2026, within four weeks. 10.

To avoid any confusion, the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.1 on 11.05.2026 and apprise the respondent of the said order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
