Heard Shri. Kalpesh A. Kothari, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners shall be redressed, if the applications submitted by them for refund of amount deposited by them via online portal are directed to be decided by this Court. The aforesaid applications submitted by the petitioners for refund of amount to respondent No.3 - District Mining Officer, Nagpur, on 13.10.2025, are at record page No.88 (Annexure - III). 3.

Shri. Kothari, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that even after passage of sufficient time, respondent No.3 has neither decided such applications nor has rejected the same by giving reasons.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 - District Mining Officer, Nagpur, to decide the aforesaid applications submitted by the petitioners for refund of the amount within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court. The aforesaid applications shall be decided on its own merits and

105 WP-3846-2026 in accordance with law. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
