The petitioner has approached this Court seeking various directions to the respondents/oil companies pertaining to booking and delivery of LPG Cylinders. However, the fact remains that the similar grievance has already been raised by the petitioner before the respondents by filing detailed representation on 17/04/2026 which is at record page 77, Annexure-C. 3.

The aforesaid representation was delivered by IPO on 23/04/2026. The present writ petition was filed on 30/04/2026 i.e. within one week from the date of receipt of such representation by the respondents.

Shri Akshay Naik, learned Senior Advocate i/b Shri Abhijeet Khare, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that respondent-Oil Company was not given sufficient time to decide the aforesaid representation and immediately the present writ

2 113-WP-3853-26.odt petition was filed. He also submits that the respondent-Oil Company shall decide the aforesaid representation within stipulated period of three weeks from the date of order of this Court.

In view of aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. 6.

No costs.
