Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1, Shri Jaipurkar waives notice for Nos. 2 and 3. 3.

The present petition prays for a direction and declaration that the petitioner is eligible for promotion to the post of Extension Officer (Education) as he has passed the Teachers Eligibility Test and possesses the requisite qualification of Trained Graduate Teacher having degree of graduation along with Bachelor of Education.

During the course of hearing it has been rightly pointed out by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the representation dated 01.10.2025 is already pending with the respondent No.2 in which the grievances of the petitioner have been put forth.

In that view of the matter, and without going into the merits of the contentions placed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the said representation dated 01.10.2025, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law till 30.06.2026. It is further clarified that the petitioner is entitled to file his documents in support of his grievances as also he should be given a personal hearing in the matter.

To avoid any ambiguity, the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2 on 13.05.2026 and abide by the further directions of the respondent No.2.

Rule accordingly. No order as to costs.
