Learned AGP Mrs.Hemlata Dhande waives notice for final disposal on behalf of respondent No.1 and learned counsel Mr. Vikas Kulsange waives notice for final disposal on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The contention of the petitioner is that he is having 63% orthopedic (locomotor) disability. Due to inaction of the respondents in deciding the legitimate claim of the petitioner for notional promotion to the post of Extension Officer (Education) with retrospective effect from 30/06/2016, the present petition is filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the GR KHUNTE
24-wp3908.26.odt 2/2 dated 29/07/2024. Despite multiple representations, the claim of the petitioner has not decided. The only relief claimed in the petition is for directing the respondent No.2Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal and respondent No.3-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Yavatmal to decide the representation dated 20/05/2025 within a stipulated time. In view of this limited prayer, we are of the considered opinion that the petition can be disposed of. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. 5.
The respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal and respondent No.3-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Yavatmal are directed to decide the pending representation dated 20/05/2025 within a period of four weeks, specifically in the light of GR dated 29/07/2024. 6.
The petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal and respondent No.3-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Yavatmal on 18/05/2026 at 11.00 am.

The respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal and respondent No.3-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Yavatmal to decide the representation dated 20/05/2025 after granting due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
