The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned show cause notices dated 15/04/2026 and 17/04/2026 issued by respondent Nos.4 and 5. However, the fact remains that the petitioner has already submitted a detail reply to the aforesaid show cause notices on 22/04/2026 which are at record pages 47 and 63 , Annexure-I colly.

In view of the above, we direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 to decide the aforesaid show cause notices after considering the contentions raised by the petitioner in its reply to the aforesaid impugned show cause notices on their own merit and in accordance with law.

The respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before passing such order. 5.

If the order passed in pursuance of the impugned notices goes adverse to the petitioner, same shall be kept in abeyance for a

2 121-WP-3950-26.odt period of 15 days from the date of receipt of such order by the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.
