Learned AGP Mr.S.V.Narale waives notice for final disposal on behalf of the sole respondent.

The present petitioner seeks a limited relief of direction to the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide his caste claim expeditiously. The proposal of the petitioner for caste claim was submitted on 04/10/2023. The petitioner is a student and he requires the validity certificate for admission. As such, this petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously.

Hence, the petition is allowed.

The respondent-Scrutiny Committee is directed to KHUNTE
