Heard Shri. R. S. Kurekar, learned counsel for petitioner. 2.

Basically, the petitioner is aggrieved by non-supply of the information sought by him by the Public Information Officer vide communication dated 07.11.2025, which is at record page No.13 (Annexure - A).

The petitioner has a statutory remedy of challenging the aforesaid action of the Public Information Officer under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, before the First Appellate Authority.

Shri. Kurekar, learned counsel for petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail such statutory remedy. Permission is granted.

The present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
