Heard Mr. Pranit Wairagade, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners have approached this Court with an innocuous prayer of directing the respondents to decide their representations which is at record page 48 (Annexure-B) dated 12/12/2025. The aforesaid representation was made by the petitioners praying for grant of regularization.

Mr. Pranit Wairagade, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even after passage of almost six months now, the respondents has not decided the said representation and accordingly the petitioners have approached this Court.

In view of the above and the innocuous prayer being made, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 - Director of Health Services, Public Health Department, Pune, to decide the aforesaid representations on its own merits and in rkn

2wp4092.2026.odt accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order, more particularly, in view of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 5252 of 2020 with connected matters dated 24/11/2021 (Aurangabad Bench). The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.
