The petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No. 4 - Collector, Gadchiroli, to direct the concerned authority, namely, the Sub-Divisional Officer, to take necessary action in compliance of his order dated 30th May, 2023. The said order dated 30th May, 2023 is at record page No. 39 (Annexure-F). 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite the clear directions issued by respondent No. 4 - Collector, Gadchiroli, respondent No. 6 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Desaiganj, District Gadchiroli, has failed to implement the aforesaid order. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No. 4 - Collector, Gadchiroli, to treat the present writ petition as a representation

2.WP.4131.2026 2/2 made on behalf of the petitioner seeking compliance of his own order dated 30th May, 2023. Respondent No. 4 - Collector, Gadchiroli, shall consider and decide the said representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of the present writ petition before respondent No.4 - Collector within one week from today.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated by respondent No.4 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of such decision.
