Heard Shri. S. D. Ingole, learned counsel for petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to grant a plot in rehabilitated village of Mouza Chinchbhavan, District Nagpur, as per the rehabilitation policy of respondents. 3.

The contention is that Plot No.55, which was in the layout of Bahujan Samaj Aawas Samasya Nivaran Sanstha Maryadit, Nagpur, Khasra Nos.63/1 and 63/2 of Mouza Chinchbhavan, Tahsil and District Nagpur, was acquired by the respondents. However, the rehabilitated village of Mouza Chinchbhavan wherein the plots are granted to the affected persons, the petitioner is not yet granted such plot.

A perusal of the present writ petition reveals that the petitioner has already approached the contesting respondent No.2 - Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd., with similar reliefs raising the grievance as raised in the present petition. 5.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to treat the aforesaid legal notice as a representation made on behalf of the petitioner and decide it within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of

107 WP-4142-2026 the order of this Court. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
