Mr. Bissa, the learned AGP, who appears on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, seeks time to file a reply. 2.

Mr. Jibhkate, the learned counsel for the petitioner, opposes the aforesaid prayer, as according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is urgency in the matter since the leaving certificates of the students, as well as the salary bills of the employees, could not be submitted.

In view of the above, it is made clear that if the reply is not filed by the respondents on or before 08.06.2026, this Court shall consider the petitioner's prayer for grant of interim relief. 4.
