The petitioners have approached this Court with an innocuous prayer seeking direction to the respondent-Authority to decide the representation dated 04/12/2025 (record page 50, Annexure-F). 3.

Learned counsel submits that though the representation was submitted on 04/12/2025, till date it is not decided and hence the petitioners have approached this Court.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2-Chief General Manager, W.C.L. Majri Area (Kuchana) Tah. Bhadrawati, District Chandrapur to decide the aforesaid representation dated 04/12/2025 submitted by the petitioners within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
