The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondent to release the outstanding payment of Rs.4,98,885/- to the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner further prays for grant of interest at the rate of 18% per annum on the delayed payment from 27/12/2024 till its actual realization.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the certificate dated 31/03/2025 issued by the House Master, Govt. Tribal Boys Hostel (1000) capacity, Amravati thereby admitting the dues of the petitioner.

Shri Bhattacharya, learned counsel submits that even after such admission of dues on the part of the respondent, the respondent has not made payment to the petitioner since one and half year. 5.

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.4-Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project (ITDP), Dharani, Dist. Amravati to treat the present writ petition as a representation on the part of the petitioner for such payment of dues as claimed in the petition.

The respondent No.4 shall decide the aforesaid representation dealing with all the grounds raised in the writ petition, more specifically, certificate dated 31/03/2025 which is at record page 51 Annexure-P-5 within a stipulated period of four weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of petition/representation before such Authority within a period of one week from today. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
