The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to respondent No.1 to take action against respondent Nos.5 to 7 under Section 52 of the of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 read with Section 189 of the Maharashtra Nagar Parishads Act, 1965 to stop all construction activities on Survey No.1834. 3.

Perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner has raised similar grievance before the respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 4 and has also submitted detailed representation on earlier occasions and last such detailed representation was submitted on 08/04/2026 (record page118, Annexure-XII). 4.

Shri Khare, learned counsel submits that the respondents have neither acted upon such representations nor have decided them and hence the present writ petition.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.1-Chief Officer, Ramtek Nagar Parishad, Ramtek to decide the aforesaid representation dated 08/04/2026 submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of six weeks from the date of production of order of this Court.

The respondent No.1 while deciding such representation shall grant an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties including the petitioner and respondent Nos.5, 6 and 7. The aforesaid representation shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
