Heard Mr. Shwetanshu Dev, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking challenge to the impugned notice under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act issued by the respondents on 31st March 2025. 3.

Mr. Dev, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have passed the final assessment order on 27th March 2026 and has accordingly held in favour of the petitioner.
