During the pendency of this petition, since the elections are held and after declaration of the result, change report have been filed, nothing survives in this petition. 3.

As far as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the observations made in the order dated 20.03.2025 by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner shall not come in the way while deciding the scheme application is concerned, we are of the opinion that the request is reasonable and the same shall be granted. 4.

Accordingly, we are disposing of the present writ petition on the above referred ground.

We observe that the learned Charity Commissioner shall not get influenced by any of the observation made in the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by
