Learned Advocate for the petitioner presses for interim directions to issue admit card/hall ticket to the petitioner for the examination scheduled on 03.06.2026, for the post of Junior Translator and Interpreter.

It is pointed out that the petitioner's candidature is rejected for non submission of documents as per the notice dated 23.03.2026, published on the official website of High Court of Bombay.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner failed to take note of the notice dated 23.03.2026 and inadvertently failed to comply with the requirement to submit the documents within time, but now seeks for an opportunity to participate in the examination.

On perusal of record, it becomes clear that the advertisement dated 26.11.2025 itself mentions that the candidates should visit the website of Bombay High Court for all updates and information relating to the recruitment process. It is pointed out that the requirement of submitting the documents within time was published by notice dated 23.03.2026 and the petitioner failed to submit the relevant documents within time. In view of this, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. 6.
After this order was dictated, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
