Heard Shri. A. R. Ingole, learned counsel for petitioner. 2.

The limited grievance of petitioner as raised before this Court is that the petitioner has approached respondent No.1 - the SubDivisional Officer, Mouda, by filing a statutory appeal on 26.11.2025 against the seizure of his vehicle.

Shri. Ingole, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that even though the aforesaid appeal was filed on 26.11.2025, till date the aforesaid appeal is not decided by respondent No.1 - the SubDivisional Officer, Mouda. 4.

In view of the above and the fact that the vehicle of petitioner is seized by respondents, against which such appeal is pending, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the aforesaid statutory appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court.

Needless to mention that the aforesaid direction is subject to the condition that the aforesaid appeal is already not decided by respondent No.1.
