Heard Shri. S. K. Tambde, learned counsel for petitioner. 2.

The petitioner - Society has approached this Court with an innocuous prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.2 - Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bhandara, to decide the representations submitted by the petitioner, the most recent one being dated 20.04.2026, which is at record page No.76. 3.

Shri. Tambde, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that the petitioner - Society has been requesting respondent No.2 to take a decision on its representations for the last two years; however, no decision is taken till date. Hence, the present petition. 4.

Since the prayer made is innocuous, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation, more particularly the representation dated 20.04.2026, which is at record No.76, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court.

Respondent No.2 is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties, particularly the society namely Rajesh Matsyapalan Sahakari Sanstha Khadipar/Gogan,

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
