A perusal of the prayer clauses as raised in the present writ petition reveals that the grievance of the petitioner is against the Municipal Council, Palghar. Hence, the jurisdiction of the present writ petition lies with the Principal Seat of the Bombay High Court and accordingly, the Registry is directed to return the case papers forthwith to the petitioner in order to enable him to approach the Principal Seat of the Bombay High Court.
