Heard Shri. S. V. Kulkarni, learned counsel for petitioner. 2.
A perusal of the prayer clauses reveals that the petitioner has approached this Court with the prayers which are general in nature and allegedly in public interest. However, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition, instead of Public Interest Litigation, that too without any compliance of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010.

A perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner has failed to conduct any detailed research on the subject matter, apart from collecting the newspaper items published in various newspapers. The petitioner has failed to point out any relevant provision of law, statutory mandate or legal authority for claiming such relief.

In view of the above, we permit the learned counsel for petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh, in compliance with the provisions of the Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010 and after undertaking proper research on the subject matter.
