1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. The main contention raised in this petition is that the Tribunal, in the facts of the case, ought not to have framed issues and directed an inquiry/evidence to be recorded. Having gone through the record and after considering the pleadings and rival contentions of the parties, on the challenge to the election of the Respondents, I do not find any cause to interfere with the impugned order.

3. However, considering that the subject matter of the petition is a challenge to the election to various posts in the Communidade of Sancoale for the triennium 2025-2028, the Tribunal should, despite its workload, endeavour to dispose of the election petitions expeditiously. 5th February, 2026

4. Since there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order, the petition stands disposed of.
