1. The Respondent No.2 Collector of North Goa has filed a detailed affidavit placing on record all the measures that are proposed to be taken by the Joint Task Force. The Learned Advocate General also makes a statement that the proposed measures would be placed for consideration before the Government.

2. The Petitioner has placed on record an affidavit containing suggestions, mainly pertaining to what the Petitioners view as a traffic bottleneck on the route leading to the concerned site. A copy of these suggestions has been served on the learned Advocate General. We 10th March, 2026

14 WP 129 2026 expect that the Task Force will take these suggestions in the correct light and, if not already considered, will consider them.
