2. After the matter was substantially heard, on instructions, learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. Prashil Arolkar, puts in appearance for Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Government of Goa, the authority charged with appointing an arbitrator under Section 84 of the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, and places on record a copy of the order dated 26.02.2026. This order has been issued by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Government of Goa, who is delegated by the Central Registrar, which withdraws the order dated 16.12.2025, appointing Shri. Shyam V. Tinaikar, as an Arbitrator.

3. Since order dated 16.12.2025 stands withdrawn, the cause in the petition does not survive and is rendered infructuous. The petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

4. It is made clear that none of the merits of the petition are examined and all contentions of the parties are left open. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
