After hearing this matter for some time, we are of the opinion that this is not a petition to be entertained by the Writ Court since the real dispute is between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.3; the Petitioner has alleged a breach of contract between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.3 and consequently this would be a case perhaps for damages before the Civil Court. Considering that this is not a case to be entertained in writ jurisdiction of this Court, we hereby intend to reject the petition, but in the meantime, Mr Agni, learned Advocate, on 24th March, 2026

12 WP(F) 698 2026 instructions, submits that the Petitioner would like to withdraw this petition to pursue the alternate remedy available in law.

3. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
