After hearing the matter for some time, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would file a reply to the show cause notice dated 9.4.2026 explaining the Petitioner's position. On instructions, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition to pursue the hearing in the show cause notice. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. The Director of Education shall permit the Petitioner to file their reply and pass appropriate orders after hearing the Petitioner.
