Learned Advocate, Shri Padgaonkar, on behalf of the Petitioners, submits that the Petition is at the behest of the parents of students desirous of taking admission to Class XI, for which permission has been denied by the Directorate of Education. He seeks liberty to withdraw this Petition on the ground that an application for intervention would be filed in Writ Petition No.1470 of 2026(Filing), which is filed at the behest of the Management of the School.
